Specific Responsibilities
- Operate CNC vertical machining centers with Fanuc controls.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and detect any defects.
- Prepare machinery for production by adjusting settings and ensuring proper calibration. Saw Cutting Operations.
- Ability to read blueprints; inspect from blueprints; use various measuring devices.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure efficiency, detect malfunctions, and maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment.
- Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Record production data, such as output, materials used, and downtime.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
