Medical Accounts Receivable Rep Arlington, TX LHH is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to add an experienced
Accounts Receivable Rep to their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys researching payer issues, resolving unpaid claims, and helping improve reimbursement outcomes across the revenue cycle.

What You'll Do - Manage insurance AR accounts and follow up on outstanding claims with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers.
- Investigate unpaid, denied, underpaid, and rejected claims to identify the cause and drive resolution.
- Analyze account activity and documentation to uncover reimbursement issues and prevent future claim delays.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve claim discrepancies and improve collection performance.
- Monitor denial trends and recommend solutions to reduce recurring issues.
- Maintain thorough documentation of account activity while adhering to payer requirements and organizational standards.
- Prioritize assigned work queues and meet productivity, quality, and collection goals.
What We're Looking ForExperience - Minimum 5 years of healthcare accounts receivable, insurance follow-up, or denial management experience.
- Experience in Anesthesia billing/AR is HIGHLY PREFERED
- Strong understanding of medical billing, reimbursement, payer requirements, and revenue cycle processes.
- Experience working Medicare and Medicaid accounts preferred.
Technical Skills - Experience utilizing healthcare billing and claims management software.
- Comfortable navigating electronic medical billing systems and payer portals.
- Strong data analysis and account research abilities.
Professional Skills - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing a high-volume workload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education - Healthcare Administration, Business, or related degree preferred but not required.
- Relevant healthcare revenue cycle experience may be substituted for formal education.

- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation & Additional Information - Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hour DOE
