You're tired of jobs that expect lead-level work and treat you like just another pair of hands.

You want to install quality systems, be respected for your skill, and go home knowing your work was spot on.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
Who We Are
At Gulfshore Air, we're passionate about keeping homes cool and customers happy. We're a tight-knit crew that believes top-notch service and a good laugh can live in the same day.
As our HVAC LEAD Installer, you'll be part of a team built on integrity, honesty, competency, accuracy, consistency, compassion, and respect. If you want a place where craftsmanship matters and teamwork isn't just talk, you'll feel it here.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day is hands-on and real. You'll be leading HVAC installs, making measurements that need to be right the first time, and making sure the finished job delivers peace of mind to the homeowner.
You'll work in homes, in changing weather, lifting, moving, fitting, and solving problems as they come. This role matters because clients are counting on quality, comfort, and a team they can trust.
You'll use your experience to produce outstanding results, treat customers the way you'd want to be treated, and help set the tone for the crew through accuracy, consistency, and respect.
The Hiring Process
We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.
Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
What You'll Earn
You'll earn $20-$25 per hour, based on your experience and fit for the role. There's also a $1500 sign-on bonus, plus performance-based bonuses. You'll work between 30 and 50 hours, giving you a clear path to steady earnings while growing with the team.
