About the Position
Dynamis Roofing is looking for a reliable and hardworking Roof Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working on both residential and commercial roofing projects in the Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands commercial roofing and can be trusted to arrive at a property, assess the problem, determine the proper repair, document the work, and communicate clearly with our office and customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a small commercial roofing service crew.
- Diagnose and locate roof leaks and other roofing issues.
- Complete commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Work with TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, metal roofing, and related systems.
- Repair and flash drains, pipes, curbs, penetrations, walls, seams, and other roof details.
- Perform heat-welded membrane repairs when required.
- Complete coating and three-course repairs when applicable.
- Inspect surrounding roof areas for additional problems.
- Take clear before, during, and after photos.
- Complete service reports with labor, materials, repair details, and recommendations.
- Communicate with customers, property managers, crew members, and the Dynamis Roofing office.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites organized.
- Follow OSHA requirements and Dynamis Roofing safety procedures.
- Help ensure each service call is completed efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications
- Roofing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be willing to follow safety procedures and company standards
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20–$23/hour based on experience
Service Area: Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown & surrounding areas
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular outdoor roofing work. Applicants must be able to climb ladders, work at heights, lift and carry roofing materials and equipment, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in Texas weather conditions.
