Core Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality maintenance services, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Efficiently install various HVAC equipment, including split systems and package units; replace condensers and evaporators, as well as compressors and thermal expansion valves.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating technical diagnostics and solutions to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and adhere to all safety protocols.
Position Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on residential or commercial HVAC service and installation experience (Required).
- Technical Skills: Advanced troubleshooting and strong mechanical skills. (Required)
- Licensing & Records: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable DMV report (Required).
- Background Check: Ability to pass comprehensive HR background screening. (Required)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Certifications: EPA Certification (Preferred) and NATE Certification (A significant plus).
