Senior Operations Finance AnalystJoin a growing organization where you'll partner with operations and finance leaders to drive better business decisions through data, analysis, and process improvements. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of standard cost. This role combines operational finance, inventory oversight, reporting, and planning responsibilities while supporting overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze inventory, product costs, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain costing data, support inventory valuation activities, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare recurring financial reports, variance analysis, and management insights.
- Partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to investigate issues and improve processes.
- Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives.
- Help strengthen internal controls, document procedures, and support continuous improvement projects.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, operations finance, inventory accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

- Experience supporting operational or supply chain-focused business functions preferred.
