Wellstar is seeking a compassionate Breast Sonographer to join our patient-focused breast imaging team. In this PRN role, you will perform high-quality breast ultrasound exams and assist with ultrasound-guided procedures in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include verifying orders and patient history, optimizing imaging techniques, documenting and archiving studies, and maintaining strict safety and infection control standards. You’ll educate and support patients, work closely with radiologists and nurses, and participate in ongoing learning within a large, innovative not-for-profit health system dedicated to improving community health.
