The QuickBooks Bookkeeper position is an opportunity to work with a dynamic small, well-established 35+year concierge firm providing legal services to a select number of highly successful, long-term clients. Top-tier candidates must possess personal integrity, respect for client's & law-firm's confidential/proprietary information; have a strong work ethic; commitment to excellence; ability to generate and maintain well-organized, detailed digital records and companion "hard-copy" archive files; complete tasks on-time and with limited supervision. This position plays a key role in producing accurate financial records & reports using QuickBooks software in conjunction with Excel and Word. Expanding long-term career opportunities exist. The frequency and relative level of Remote and In-Office work are variable and intended to optimize the preferences of the individual and law firm.
Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks
- Daily entry of attorney and paralegal billable time
- Create for Review and Processing Client invoices,
- Characterize and Track Law Firm's financial status
- Data entry to create A/R and A/P financial records
- Prepare, Post & Reconcile Client & Vendor Statements
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Optimistic Personality, "Quick Study" & Well-Mannered
