Assembler – 2nd Shift
Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
We are currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Mentor, OH. This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals looking for a consistent second-shift schedule with no weekend work.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow written instructions, diagrams, and production procedures
- Use basic hand tools and equipment as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production and quality standards
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Identify and report defects or production issues
Requirements
- Must be able to speak and read English to understand work instructions, safety information, and production documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
Schedule & Overtime
Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
There is no weekend work. Overtime may occasionally be available but is not mandatory.
Pay
$18.00 per hour
