Victura Professionals is hiring Experienced or Entry Level Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to work in PCB Industry Industry for a Client in Lilburn, GA as follows:
*Job Specifics:
-Location: Lilburn, GA
-Shift: 7am-3:30pm, Mondays - Fridays
-Overtime: Occasionally during the week and on Saturdays
-Pay rate range: $18-$38/hr., based on experience level of the Candidate
-Job Status: Temp to Hire for 6 months-Benefits once hired on include Healthcare, 401k and PTO
Minimum Job
Candidates with Entry-Level experience: Requirements Include:
· English: Must be able to Read, Write, Speak and Understand English,
No Exceptions!
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
· Pay attention to details
· Ability to use Hand Tools
· Minimally, Must have previous work experience of at least 6-12 months, No
Exceptions!
· Good Hand-Eye Coordination
· Must be physically able to stand on Feet, Bend, Stoop, Walk, Clean
Work area, etc.
· Must take Feedback very well and be Coachable and Trainable
· Must be Honest and have high Integrity
· Must have professional work habits: good work conduct, be on time,
not calling off a lot, work well with others, not taking longer lunch than
authorized, not leaving the job early, etc.
Candidates with an abundance of experience minimum requirements include:
-The above requirements
-Experience with aerospace industry
-Specialized (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, aerospace/defense) experience
-Solid Box-Build experience
-Years of experience in harnessing, SMT/THT rework, or testing.
-Can read schematics, perform cable harnessing, wiring, mechanical assembly, functional testing, soldering
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· This customer for this client is the Federal Government and
therefore, No Felonies and No Misdemeanors are acceptable except for Minor
Traffic Violations.
-Strongly Prefer the following:
-Experience with aerospace industry
-Specialized (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, aerospace/defense) experience
-Solid Box-Build experience
-Years of experience in harnessing, SMT/THT rework, or testing.
-Can read schematics, perform cable harnessing, wiring, mechanical assembly, functional testing, soldering
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong English Writing, Reading, Speaking and Understanding Skills.
Physical Demands:
· Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks and movements.
· Occasionally required to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds.
· Visual acuity to inspect small components and assemblies.
