Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform high-quality MIG and Stick (SMAW) welding, including proper machine setup and parameter adjustment.
- Cutting & Metal Processing: Safely operate oxy-acetylene torches and plasma cutters to cut and shape materials according to specifications.
- Tool & Equipment Operation: Utilize basic shop equipment and manual hand tools to complete assembly and fabrication projects.
- Shop Maintenance & Safety: Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure all tools and machinery are kept in safe operating condition. Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional, on-the-job welding and fabrication experience.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in MIG and Stick welding, machine setup, and torch/plasma cutting operations.
- Tool Proficiency: Confident using standard hand tools and foundational shop equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
