Steel Fabrication Shop Accounting Professional
- Must have prior experience with Desktop QuickBooks and QuickBooks online payroll
- Ability to multi-task and follow-up with deadlines
- AIA billing, lien waivers, accounts payable, receivable and collections.
- Accounts Receivable and cash activity posting, light cash management
- Navigate computer programs with ease and has the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Understand policies and maintain accurate records required by compliance
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Knowledge of construction accounting practices and procedures
- Understanding of tax laws and regulations related to the construction industry
- Work with CPA on a monthly basis
- Manage three sets of QuickBooks for related businesses
- Asset tracking
- Types and files various correspondences and other documentation as required
- Construction experience a plus
