We are a small, family owned business, looking for someone to join our team and grow within our company. As patient care coordinator, we are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, and who is willing to learn. Daily procedures include answering phone calls, emails, scheduling patients, maintaining office files, verifying and billing insurances, helping to maintain a clean office environment, using excel and word documents, and excellent organizational skills. We are looking for a hard worker, someone who is motivated, and someone that takes initiative.
Bi-lingual with Spanish and English is a plus, but not mandatory.
Currently, this office is open part-time, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9-5. As the business grows, there will be an opportunity for a full-time position.
While the position is listed for the North Lakeland office, we need someone who can be flexible to work in any of our 3 office locations. We have North Lakeland, South Lakeland, and Winter Haven offices that we may need help as a "floating" PCC.
Beltone Hearing Aid Centers are nationwide hearing aid dispensing facilities. Our offices in Winter Haven, Sebring, North Lakeland, and South Lakeland, have been privately owned for 42 yrs by my father, Patrick. We fit and dispense prescription hearing aids, as well as cerumen removal and hearing evaluations. We accept all Medicare advantage policies and Medicare Supplements, and we work with most hearing aid manufacturers.
