QUALITY INSPECTOR
2ND SHIFT
Requirements
- 3+ years quality inspection experience in aerospace/manufacturing environment
- HS diploma
- GD&T proficient
- Measuring tools
- Proficient computer skills for entering inspection data into ERP system
Essential functions:
- Follow quality processes & procedures to perform detailed inspection in receiving, in process and final inspection.
- Complete required documentation
- Perform AS9102 first article inspection and other extensive inspections per specifications
- Document all inspections in accordance with procedures and processes
- Ensure quality standards are met for all components & assemblies for final acceptance
- Develop and review inspection plans
- Maintain parts history folders, inspection reports and prints/drawings
- Utilize standard measuring instruments
- Calibrate and document hand tools and other inspection equipment
- Perform visual inspection
- Perform hardness and electrical conductivity testing
- GD&T knowledge
