The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber in Nashville, TN to support commercial customers throughout the Nashville market. This is a field-based role for a skilled commercial plumber who can troubleshoot problems, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and provide professional service at customer facilities.
The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial service plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with customers and the service team.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems.
- Respond to assigned plumbing service calls throughout the Nashville market.
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify plumbing deficiencies or developing issues.
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, drains, and related components.
- Diagnose service issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Read and interpret applicable drawings, specifications, and technical information.
- Communicate findings, repair needs, and job status clearly with customers and service leadership.
- Accurately document completed work, materials used, and relevant service information.
- Coordinate with customers, facility personnel, and other trades as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Follow company, customer, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining a professional presence at customer locations.
What You Bring
- Commercial service plumbing experience.
- Working knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform service work independently and manage assigned calls effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret information relevant to commercial plumbing systems.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship.
