What You Will Need
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Understand and communicate efficiently in English (verbal/written).
• Ability to use computer systems to accurately enter production, quality, and equipment data.
• At least 1 year of experience operating production, packaging, or material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation.
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience operating and adjusting production, packaging, or material handling equipment with limited supervision.
• Comfort troubleshooting routine equipment or process issues and knowing when to escalate.
• Experience performing basic autonomous maintenance using hand or power tools.
