Job Summary
We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a warehouse in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating multiple types of forklifts and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This position will assist with shipping, receiving, order pulling, inventory, loading, and unloading while following all safety and productivity standards.
Forklift Experience
Candidates with experience operating any of the following equipment are encouraged to apply:
- Cherry Picker / Order Picker
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Reach Truck
Experience with multiple types of equipment is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Pull and prepare customer orders
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Move, stage, and organize pallets and materials
- Assist with inventory and product organization
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy
- Inspect products for damage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Complete other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience operating one or more of the listed forklift types
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Order pulling and inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as required
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
