We're Southpaw Plumbing and we're looking for a Lead Service Plumber who thrives on diagnostics, loves solving problems, and knows how to take care of customers the right way. Responsibilities
- Run residential and commercial service calls independently across the Treasure Coast
- Diagnose and repair leaks, drain issues, water heaters, fixtures, water lines, and more
- Identify root causes — not just symptoms — and present repair options clearly to customers
- Mentor and guide apprentice plumbers riding along on service calls
- Complete accurate job documentation, invoicing, and parts tracking
- Represent Southpaw Plumbing with professionalism on every call — you ARE the brand at the door
Experience
- 4+ years of plumbing experience with a strong focus on service and repair
- Proven ability to diagnose a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing issues efficiently
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily service calls
- Strong customer communication skills — you can explain what's wrong in plain language
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics/crawl spaces, and maneuver through buildings
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and perform physical tasks required for plumbing work
- Experience mentoring junior plumbers or apprentices is a strong plus
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
- Honest, reliable, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time
