We have a 5-year-old boy and a 14-month-old girl. They are both pretty well-behaved and easy to care for. I'm just looking for someone who can babysit or a nanny for them on a very part-time basis and who would encourage them to clean up their toys when they're done with them and help with related light housework when possible. I would prefer someone who would also teach them as much as possible while playing with them!
