Rare Opening! Daytime driver for FedEx Contractor.
We are seeking a (Class A CDL) Semi-Truck Driver for Local Work. Home Every Day. You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
M-F approximately 11:00-7:30
1 Sunday per month is REQUIRED. Extra Available if desired.
Health Insurance available after 90 days
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
- Properly track and document activity log
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch, owners, and mechanic
- Inspect truck before and after trip
- Excellent Attendance is required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (1 year or more) of verifiable Class A Tractor Trailer driving experience (6 months for appropriate candidate)
- Commercial driver's license Class A
- Clean background and Driving Record
- Strong work ethic
