Key Responsibilities:
Responding to Service Calls:
Receiving and responding to calls from individuals, law enforcement, or roadside assistance companies.
Assessing Vehicle Condition:
Evaluating the damage to the vehicle and determining the appropriate towing method.
Securing Vehicles:
Safely attaching the vehicle to the tow truck using chains, straps, or other appropriate equipment.
Towing Vehicles:
Transporting the vehicle to a designated location, such as a repair shop, impound lot, or the owner's desired destination.
Maintaining Equipment:
Ensuring the tow truck and related equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.
Documenting Services:
Completing necessary paperwork, including service logs and customer information.
Communicating with Customers:
Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle and providing updates.
Adhering to Safety Regulations:
Following all traffic laws and safety procedures while operating the tow truck
