Specialty tub manufacturer in Industry is hiring for assembler & production associates to join their team.

- 8am start time
- Monday - Friday
- Must be open to work overtime & weekends as needed
This position is responsible for installing massage jets, plumbing, pumps, air systems, drains, faucets, controls, and other components used in the production of premium walk-in tubs.
Responsibilities
- Install hydro massage jets, air jets, tubing, pumps, blowers, drains, faucets, and related components.
- Drill and prepare acrylic tub shells for jets, controls, and accessories.
- Measure, cut, route, connect, and secure tubing and plumbing fittings.
- Apply sealants and adhesives to create watertight connections.
- Assemble walk-in tubs according to production specifications.
- Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely.
- Inspect plumbing connections, doors, seals, drains, jets, and components.
- Water-test completed tubs and identify leaks or assembly issues.
- Repair or correct assembly issues before the tub is approved for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow American Tubs quality-control and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Plumbing, spa, bathtub, fiberglass/acrylic, or similar experience is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to follow diagrams, instructions, and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and good work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
