The Truck Driver – Mold Repair Support is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of molds, tooling, and related materials between King Machine and customer locations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient mold repair operations and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company trucks (non-CDL) for local and regional deliveries
- Load and unload molds and tooling using forklifts, hoists, or other lifting equipment
- Secure loads properly to ensure safe transport
- Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately
- Communicate with the Mold Repair team regarding delivery schedules
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle
- Represent King Machine professionally at customer sites
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate non-CDL box trucks or similar vehicles
- Experience transporting industrial equipment preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
