Twin Eagles Plumbing is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated Service Plumber to join our team.
This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential. Our productive plumbers typically earn $100,000–$120,000+ per year, depending on performance, availability, and how much they want to work.
If you are an experienced plumber who knows how to diagnose problems, communicate professionally with customers, present repair options, and complete quality work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose residential and light commercial plumbing problems
- Perform plumbing service and repairs
- Water heater installation and repair
- Drain and sewer repairs
- Water line and plumbing leak repairs
- Fixture, faucet, toilet, and valve replacement
- Re-piping and other plumbing projects
- Provide customers with professional repair recommendations and options
- Prepare and present estimates
- Complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service
- Properly document completed work
What We're Looking For
- Experienced service plumber
- Strong plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable presenting options and estimates to customers
- Sales ability is a major plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, and motivated
- Someone who wants to work hard and earn $100K+
We are especially interested in plumbers who are confident in both performing the work and communicating value to the customer.
This is not an hourly position where your income is capped. The more productive you are, the more opportunity you have to earn. Our top-performing technicians have the opportunity to build a six-figure income.
Compensation: Commission Based
