We're looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems. This isn't a production-line job. You'll play an important role helping us finish projects, handle warranty items, complete repairs, and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

What You'll Do
- Complete final punch-list items on newly constructed pools
- Diagnose and perform warranty repairs
- Troubleshoot pool equipment, plumbing, and automation systems
- Perform minor masonry, tile, coping, decking, and finish repairs
- Assist with equipment startups and homeowner orientations
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Document completed work with photos and notes
- Help ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Experience with pools, construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or a related trade is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- MUST speak and write in both English and Spanish
