Residential Electrician – 5+ Years Experience
RollShield LLC | Clearwater, FL | Full-Time
RollShield LLC, a leading manufacturer and installer of hurricane shutters, impact windows and impact doors is currently seeking an Experienced Residential Electrician to join our RollShield LLC team! You will be responsible for installing the electrical for Roll-down hurricane shutters and sunrooms.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience and be comfortable performing electrical installations, troubleshooting motors and control systems, installing switches, and providing power to motorized hurricane shutter systems and sunrooms.
Experience with motorized roll-down hurricane shutters is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Install the electrical for Roll-down hurricane shutters and sunrooms.
- Install various types of raceways
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Work with our shutter installers and provide power to the motors and be able to install switches when necessary
Qualifications:
- Perform electrical installation for motorized roll-down hurricane shutters, sunrooms, and related systems
- 5+ years of electrical installation experience preferred
- Strong residential and/or construction electrical background
- Experience with motors, switches, controls, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Previous experience in electrical installations or other related fields
- Journeyman license is a plus but not mandatory based on experience
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to fish wires and patch drywall if necessary
- You must have a valid drivers license and a clean record or have your own vehicle.
