About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced CDL A Flatbed Driver to support dedicated OTR operations based in Fort Worth. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-weekly opportunities, and the support of a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $28 per hour, plus benefits
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start time: Between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Home time: Home weekly
- Employment type: Temp-to-perm
Job Details
- Route type: OTR and dedicated route deliveries
- Freight: Touch freight
- Equipment: Flatbed
- Handling: Strapping loads and unloading
- Work setting: On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
- Secure loads using straps and perform required unloading activities.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the position.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A license.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- No endorsements required.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
