About the Position
Our client is seeking Class B Delivery Drivers for local delivery routes in St. Charles, Missouri. This position offers home-daily routes, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for overtime.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour, plus overtime
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start Time: Varies between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m.
- Daily Shift: Approximately 8.5 to 9 hours
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Temp to Perm
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- Home Time: Home daily
Job Details
- Route Type: Local deliveries
- Freight: Produce, dairy, cheese, and other dry grocery products
- Equipment: International and Freightliner automatic 26-foot refrigerated straight trucks
- Handling: No loading required. Drivers unload at delivery locations using two-wheelers and pallet jacks.
- Product Placement: Some deliveries may require placing products in coolers, while others involve dropping off full pallets.
- Stops: Up to 12 or more stops per day
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to retail locations, schools, hospitals, hotels, and restaurants.
- Unload products at delivery sites using two-wheelers and pallet jacks.
- Place products appropriately according to customer delivery requirements.
- Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule.
- Operate and maintain the assigned vehicle safely and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
