About the Position
Our client is seeking a Class A or Class B CDL driver for a local, home-daily route in the Charleston area. This on-site position involves operating a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett truck, making local deliveries, unloading freight, and assisting with warehouse duties as needed.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
- Overtime: Available after 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Temp-to-perm
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a flatbed truck with Moffett equipment for local deliveries.
- Safely deliver freight throughout the Charleston area.
- Unload freight as required.
- Assist with warehouse operations when necessary.
- Follow all applicable transportation and workplace safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Ability to perform some unloading and warehouse-related duties.
