TransForce is seeking a Class A CDL Yard Jockey for an on-site, local position in Seguin, Texas. This role involves moving trailers within the yard, and drivers will not leave the premises. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity paying $24 per hour.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate: $24 per hour
- Schedule: Rotating schedule, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Rotation: Monday through Thursday, or Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Shift length: 12-hour shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment type: Temp to perm
Job Details
- Route type: Local, on-site yard operations

Key Responsibilities
- Move trailers within the yard as required.
- Operate equipment safely and follow all applicable safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
