About the Position
Our client is seeking a CDL B Delivery Driver to support local delivery operations in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This long-term flexible position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours
- Estimated weekly pay: $1,400-$1,500
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hours per week: 40
- Weekends: No weekends
- Start date: August 24, 2026
Job Details
- Route type: Local delivery with home-daily routes

- Equipment: Automatic and manual transmission box trucks
- Handling: Heavy-touch delivery requiring loading and unloading of restaurant supplies and food items
- Warehouse training is provided to familiarize drivers with the products
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards
- Load and unload restaurant supplies and food items
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the position
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class B commercial driver's license
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Ability to perform heavy-touch delivery work, including loading and unloading
