About the Position
We are seeking a CDL B Box Truck Driver for a local delivery position in Indianapolis. This role involves transporting auto parts to car dealerships and warehouses while completing safe and timely loading and unloading operations. Drivers are home daily and typically work approximately 40 hours per week.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $24 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Typical Start Time: Between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Temp to Perm
- Home Time: Home daily
Job Details

- Handling: Light-touch freight; load and unload using pallet jacks, liftgates, and RF scanners
- Delivery Areas: Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia
- Stops per Day: 2 to 7
Key Responsibilities
- Load auto parts at car dealerships and unload freight at warehouse dock-level locations.
- Operate pallet jacks, liftgates, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Complete deliveries safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work area.
- Follow all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations and safety procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- CDL B license required.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
