What You’ll Do- Provide individual and group counseling for mental health and substance use recovery
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and maintain clinical documentation
- Support clients across early stages of recovery in a structured setting
Compensation & Bonuses- Unlicensed: $24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
- Licensed: $66K–$71K+ (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonuses: $3,000–$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
- Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC licensure
What We’re Looking For- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred
- Experience with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis
