SUMMARY
Production Assembly Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- 1-3yrs ElectroMechanical Assembly experience
- Soldering skills are (a plus)
- Do Post Testing - which is an intermediate Inspection or Testing, such as Board-level or Sub-assembly Testing
- Do Final Testing (FT) - A comprehensive evaluation of the fully assembled and packaged product to ensure it meets all functional, performance, and reliability standards before it ships to customers
- Other Tasks: Slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreen, and putting stock away
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated work history of 1-3 years Electro-Mechanical Assembly.
- Ability to read and comprehend English required.
- Basic Math skills including knowledge of percentages and portions required.
- Must be detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and have good hand eye coordination.
- Soldering experience as well as experience with working in formal Quality system are preferred or (A Plus).
MINIMUM EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Be a US Person
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug test
- Able to work MON -THUR (4-10hr) days
- Able to work Over Time on SATs and/or SUNs as needed
