$18.00/hour | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire

Hours: 6:15 AM – 2:15 PM

The Greer Group is hiring 1st Shift Assembly Associates for a leading automotive manufacturer in Newton, NC.

This is a temp-to-hire career opportunity in a clean, established manufacturing facility. Training is provided onsite, Saturday overtime is routine, and double-time is paid on Sundays when Sunday work is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Assembly Associate, you will:

Assemble automotive components according to work instructions
Operate production and assembly equipment safely
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow established production and safety procedures
Identify and report quality or equipment concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or GED required
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to safety and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
Must meet background screening and drug testing requirements
