How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan and deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions focused on electrical and control systems, particularly PCS 7 and T3000.
- Develop and adapt training programs and course materials to meet evolving business needs.
- Contribute your technical expertise to enhance training content and delivery methods, ensuring high instructional quality.
- Support participants in their professional development while taking responsibility for EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) matters related to training activities.
- Collaborate closely with fellow trainers, training coordinators, and technical stakeholders across the organization to represent the Training Center (TCM) effectively.
What You Bring
- Proven experience working with electrical and control systems, ideally in engineering, system design, or related technical fields.
- Strong knowledge of PCS 7 and/or T3000 is essential.
- A genuine interest in training and knowledge transfer, with experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring being a plus.
- Ability to clearly and engagingly communicate complex technical information.
- Familiarity with commissioning or site-based work is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of KKS systems and technical documentation is a plus.
- A strong EHS mindset, coupled with a structured and quality-focused approach to your work.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient general IT skills.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
