Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required
- 6+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience required, ideally in a healthcare organization
- Master's degree, CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience partnering with executive leadership
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational initiatives
