- Length: January 31, 2027
- Weekend Schedule: Friday, Saturday 13.5 hrs, Sunday 10hr.5 hr shifts .5 hr unpaid lunch or Saturday 13.5hrs, Sunday 10.5hrs, Monday 13.5hrs .5 HR UNPAID LUNCH
- Call: No Call
- Cases: 3-5/day
- Cases: General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: ENT, GYN, Urology, No Blocks, No OB, No hearts
- Practice Model: Medically Directed.
- Credentialing: Wants Sept start. Will do temp for Sept start. 90 days
- Staff: 11 CRNA on staff
- OR's: 9 rooms 1 vascular
- Ages: Mainly adults. will see 14-15yrs for sports injury
