LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm in Boca Raton, FL, to identify an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting clients through complex family law matters.
Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume family law caseload from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, notices, financial affidavits, and discovery documents.
- Coordinate court deadlines, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Organize and analyze financial records, tax returns, bank statements, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare case files, exhibits, and trial binders for attorney review.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
- Support attorneys with divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and post-judgment matters.
Qualifications- 3+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience required.
- Strong experience drafting family law pleadings and discovery responses.
- Knowledge of Florida family law procedures and court rules.
- Experience preparing financial affidavits and working with financial documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
