Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll DoAs an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play an important role in supporting daily accounting operations and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Maintain organized AP records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues
Qualifications- 1+ years of accounts payable, accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or related experience
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Knowledge of invoice processing and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience working in a high-volume AP environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
