Senior Cost Accountant to join its finance team. This role supports cost accounting, inventory valuation, month-end close, financial reporting, and operational analysis within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities - Manage cost accounting, inventory reconciliations, and production variance analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset accounting and inventory controls.
- Prepare financial reports and support audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, or inventory accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- CPA or CPA-track is preferred but not required.
