You will be responsible for ensuring nonconforming product in all products and materials are processed
per QMS procedures. If you like both being involved by working with coworkers from all different
departments and also having your own space to maintain and organize, then this could be what you are
looking for.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
• Keeping all physical MRB locations well organized in such a manner that is accurate and easy to
find items.
• Ensuring all MRB items are properly identified procedures, as nonconforming.
• Performing requisite material transactions, per NCMR disposition, in a timely manner.
• Initiates material transfers, reports quality issues, records transactions in QAD, as needed, to
preserve traceability and inventory accuracy.
• Process dispositioned material – Return parts to suppliers, scrap parts, release to stores, release
to engineering.
• Maintains the accuracy of identification and count of materials. Responsible for maintaining
accurate inventory and conducting cycle counts.
• Maintain files according to procedures
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends
• Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Basic knowledge of ISO13485:2016
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel to perform basic operations and data reporting
• Ability to use Microsoft Word to perform document revisions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers,
clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
