QLM is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial machinery, motor controls, PLCs, and electrical distribution systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

- Electrical installation (wiring, panels, conduits, outlets/switches)
- Troubleshooting & diagnostics (finding faults, reading circuits)
- Blueprints & schematics reading (electrical diagrams, wiring plans)
- Knowledge of electrical codes/standards (e.g., NEC or local equivalents)
- Risk awareness (working around live circuits, preventing hazards)
- Compliance with regulations (work permits, inspections, safety rules)
- Communication (talking with supervisors/customers, documenting work)
- Teamwork (working with other trades and following instructions)
- Comfort working in tight spaces/heights
- Ability to lift tools/materials
