Job Description
To administer radiation treatments to malignant and benign diseases according to the physician’s prescription and follow all established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements applicable to their role.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Currently registered or eligible for registration as a Registered Technologist with Radiation Therapy Designation (R.T.(T) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required. If eligible to be certified, certification must be obtained within eighteen (18) months from date of hire. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required. REQUIRED FOR ACTON ROAD LOCATION: Currently registered in Computed Tomography (CT) R.T.(CT)(ARRT) or must be obtained within 36 months of employment
