Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Sales/Service: Provide excellent service, clearly communicating with clients about system status and offering multiple repair/installation options. Close the sale and complete jobs exceeding client's expectations.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosing Problems: Utilize your expertise to diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately the first time.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance and execute repairs for optimal system performance.
- Installation: Showcase your skills in installing various plumbing systems to meet client needs.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and adhere to industry best practices in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Proven skills as a Plumber, with a minimum of 4 years of full-time general plumbing and drain cleaning experience.
- Proficiency in diagnosing, drain cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Strong communication and customer service and sales skills.
- After-hours emergency service on-call rotations.
- Current valid and insurable driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
