If you're an experienced B-Level Technician who can handle general repair, diagnostics, and more complex repairs, this role gives you the earning potential of flat rate with a 30-hour weekly guarantee.
You'll earn $36-$60 per flagged hour, work Monday-Friday with no weekends, and have steady workflow, advanced diagnostic equipment, and dedicated training to help you keep developing your skills.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform maintenance and general automotive repairs
- Complete more complex repairs based on your skill level
- Perform vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections
- Document diagnostic findings and recommended repairs
- Complete quality repairs while maintaining productivity
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- B-Level diagnostic and general repair skills
- Electrical and drivability troubleshooting experience
- Ability to complete repairs independently
- Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment
- ASE Certifications preferred

Training From Day One
Pit Shop Auto Repair has a dedicated company trainer and hands-on training center designed like a working repair shop.
Before reporting to their assigned shop, new employees complete a mandatory two-day orientation covering:
- Shop workflow and procedures
- Vehicle inspections and estimating
- Documentation and internal systems
- Position expectations
