Journeyman & Apprentice Plumbers – 6-Month Commercial Projects
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Job Type: Contract / Temporary
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Pay
- Journeyman Plumbers: $40–$45/hour
- Apprentice Plumbers: $35–$40/hour
We are currently hiring licensed Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers for two long-term commercial plumbing projects in downtown Salt Lake City.
Project 1 – Power Office Remodel
Positions Available:
Project Duration: Approximately 6 months
Candidates should have strong commercial plumbing experience, specifically with:
- Copper pipe and soldering
- Domestic water systems
- Cast iron DWV
- General commercial plumbing installation
Project 2 – New Construction Hotel
Positions Available:
- 1 Journeyman Plumber
- 2–3 Apprentice Plumbers
Project Duration: Approximately 6 months
Candidates should be experienced with typical commercial plumbing processes, including:
- PEX
- CPVC
- Domestic water
- PVC DWV
- General commercial plumbing installation
Requirements
- Appropriate plumbing license required
- Commercial plumbing experience required
- Must have standard plumbing hand tools
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be reliable and able to commit to the duration of the project
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
These are stable, long-term commercial plumbing opportunities with approximately 40 hours per week and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
