Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Plumber to join our local team, and who knows their way around a residential job and can confidently handle Rough-ins, Tops-outs and Trim-outs for new construction and remodels.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing rough-ins.
- Complete top-outs.
- Install and set plumbing fixtures.
- Perform trim-out and finish plumbing.
- Install water, drain, waste and vent piping.
- Read and interpret plumbing plans.
- Identify and resolve plumbing issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work indpendently while maintaining quality and productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional residential or commercial plumbing experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; completion of a trade school program, associate degree, or vocational apprenticeship preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Skilled with industry hand/power tools, drain machinery, and piping systems. Ability to read and interpret technical designs.
- Licensing & Clean Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is a must (Florida Plumbing Journeyman or Master license preferred).
- Pre- Employment: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexibility: Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
