Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Lawrenceville & Dacula is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber with 5+ years of residential service experience.
What you’ll do
• Run residential service calls independently
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair or replacement options
• Build estimates and present options through ServiceTitan
• Complete clean, code-compliant repairs and installations
• Test completed work and minimize callbacks
• Maintain a professional appearance, clean work area, and organized company vehicle
Experience required
• 5+ years of residential service plumbing
• Tank and tankless water heaters
• Drain and water repipes
• Leak detection and repair
• Gas piping and leak detection
• Sewer repairs
• Fixture and appliance installation
• Water filtration and treatment
• Plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting
Requirements
• Journeyman license preferred, but not required with strong experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong homeowner communication and sales ability
• Able to work independently and lift 50+ lbs
• Available for rotating weekends and emergency calls
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Live within approximately 35 miles of Lawrenceville
Pay: $26–$32/hour depending on experience, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
