Looking for Med Gas Plumbers to add on to a large scale long term commercial project.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Gas Plumber to install, maintain, test, and repair medical gas piping systems in hospitals, healthcare facilities, surgical centers, and other medical environments.
The ideal candidate has strong commercial plumbing experience, understands medical gas systems and safety requirements, and can work accurately in environments where quality and attention to detail are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, braze, modify, and repair medical gas piping systems, including oxygen, medical air, vacuum, nitrous oxide, and other specialty gas systems.
- Install and maintain medical gas outlets, valves, alarms, manifolds, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and isometric drawings.
- Perform brazing and pressure testing according to applicable codes and project specifications.
- Identify leaks, system deficiencies, and installation issues and make necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades on active construction sites.
- Follow infection-control procedures and maintain clean work practices when working in occupied healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and testing completed.
- Follow applicable medical gas codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work area.
- Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover of medical gas systems.
Qualifications
- Commercial plumbing experience required; medical gas experience strongly preferred.
- Medical Gas Installer certification/qualification preferred, depending on jurisdiction and project requirements.
- Strong understanding of medical gas piping installation and brazing procedures.
- Ability to read construction drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Knowledge of applicable plumbing and medical gas codes and standards.
- Ability to safely operate common plumbing and construction tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry plumbing materials and equipment.
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and elevated work areas.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and construction environments.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and work overhead for extended periods.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.

Medical gas work requires a higher level of attention to detail than typical plumbing, so candidates must be comfortable following strict procedures and producing inspection-ready installations.
Ideal candidate: Commercial plumber with strong brazing skills + medical gas experience/certification + ability to read plans and work independently.
